No eCoupon received

I have booked the Probe BahnCard 25 für mich on 2/12/2016. However I have not received the eCoupon by far. I wrote to bahncard-service@bahn.de last week, but no response. I called the 0180 6 34 00 35, but I can not understand the German voice broadcast. Would you help me check it?
