Stolen Credit Card?

Dear Sir/Madam,
On the 27th of October 2016 a process of buying a product of 201.5 €, 52 €, 110 € was made with my credit card. But it was not me who did this shopping. I am a victim of credit card fraud. I called the bank and cancelled my credit card and started a judicial process by taking legal actions. The buying process is on the provision/authorization hold in the bank. So I request you to cancel the shopping and to return the money to my credit card. The first 4 digits of the card are 4155 and the last ones are 0894. Card is visa.

Hello,
Because your system did not make the transaction with 3d secure payment method you are responsible of this order. I kindly request you to refund and cancel the operation. I have send you a email on october 27 just when the operation happend. But you did not give me an answer on the time. You are helping swindlers by not cancelling fraud operations
