Reimbursement of train ticket?

Dear Sir, Madam,
Last thursday, 16 september, I travelled from Groningen to Hamburg Hbf. I had booked a first class ticket and reserved seat 42 in wagon 12 on IC2220.
The train was overfull, very warm and there was no seat vacant, despite my reservation. I had to stand for an hour in a very small space between wagons with 10 other passengers, hardly space for luggage. There was a conductrice that I wpoke to who explained to me reimbursement of travel cost would be an option. I had to send an email to Ersatzpark.

I'm sorry that you couldn't travel as booked. You wrote to the Servicecenter Fahrgastrechte? Then notify, they will give an answer within 4 weeks. /ma
