I bought 2 tickets from munster hbf to berlin hbf. The payment was already done but the site showed an error. We didn't receive any e-tickets or further notifications. My girlfriend (she's german) sent a email to DB with the details. Can you please tell me what to do.
which payment method did you use? Did you make the booking via your or your girlfriend's account? If you did so, please check the account under "Meine Buchungen". After a successful booking the tickets resides in that folder. If the folder is empty contact the online service to clarify the error while payment. /ti
